It is in a lot of body building products.

I am under the impression that it is a form of steroid.

I think this what a lot of the baseball players use...

No, it is not a steriod.

It is safe but it is pointless unless you have everything else sorted first.

Food is the most anabolic supplement you can take.

When working out think of it like this:

50% of your results will depend on your DIET.
45% will depend on putting the hard yards in your TRAINING.
5% is supplements.

You need to have 95% down first bud.

i take creatine tablets and i think they work good. what it does it overhydrates the muscles to make your workout easier or so u can do more weights.

the creatine tablets are better than the powder because the muscles absorb 1005 of the creatine in tablets while powder would only absorb about 70-80%.

I have bought Kre-alkalyn which is a more stable form of creatine, in capsules. Is that what you use andytones?

And i got protein powder, the best or so i was told is 5% Glutamine yay. that doesn't make it taste good though it is is finger licking bad.

All up $137.00 I better have a warriors contract this time next month dammit.

Creatine.....some people swear by it.....diet is by far the most important.
My old boxing coach used to say it wasn't any good for me, in that sport.
He would recommend it to you if you were a sprinter, etc....i think it helps the fast twich muscles get explosive power (speed)....really just a money maker for supliment industry....if you are weight training or going for endurance.....but at the end of the day....go ahead try it, it might work for you.
You could always contact a sports person/doctor at a university for their opinion....could be worth a try before spending large amounts of money on a tablet filled with corn starch or something.
