If webb leaves nz at end of year can he still play for kiwis?

We talked about this a while back I think. But yeah I'm sure he can because he got residency and I don't think that it goes away if you leave the country.

Well, thats hard. I want him to but then you just think that he wasn't born here, his parents or grandparents aren't from here (as far as I know) and he wouldn't live here either. But I think that i would still let him play. He's played for them for a while and he does have residency
