General Better than stacey?

Who here thinks Steven Price is better than Stacey for this club?

Lets face it Stacey was a legend and the best Warrior we have seen,
but even the little general couldn't be 100 percent committed and some said he was a has been,
Yet Price plays every game like he was born for this team,
Making over a 100m every game with charge downs thats what leadership means,
No disrespect to the little general who will always be number 1,
but being an Aussie and playing like he's one of us Price is a gun,
and when everyone is ready to pack their bags and move along to next year,
Steve Price is the only one that said that 2006 is not over we are still here,
so next time we think of these aussie clowns who invade our team,
remember what the likes of Price, Webb and Fien gave to the jersey and see what that means.

To answer your question, Price isn't even able to clean Jones boots let alone be talked up as being better.

Yes RS said, your username says alot in what you are saying. I think it's a huge comparison to make against Stacey. He's been with the Warriors for 11 odd years, if you compare that to the 11 years Priey had as a Bulldog then fair enough that's a good comparison.

Pricey is a dead set wondeful player in general both for the Dogs, Warriors, Morons and Australia. He's done alot in his time, and yes in his two years here so far he's proven exactly what he is worth. And he's left plenty of great memories so far and as a current player at the Warriors he will be remembered for what he does with us.

both great players. but stacey jones is arguably the best league player to come out of nz and he was the warriors for a long time.

price never gives less than 100% but to say he is better than possibly the greatest nz league player ever is a bit over the top.
