General Anyone Play NRL or NRL2 on PS2?

Just wondering. I decided I'd start playing again after the Canberra match and continued along with a franchise. I managed to sign Benji for next season but lost Temata, Guttenbeil and Hohaia unfortunately.

Makes me sigh and wonder what could have been on 0 points, quality halves and a backline of promising jnrs...sigh....wonder...

i play..started a franchise with the warriors...made a player and named him after jeff wilson LOL!!

I play nrl 2 on the pc. I shoud proabbly get back into again so that i can finish off my franchise. have about 5 year left of my 10 years to go. just signed heaps of young guys from other teams so that should be good develop them over the next few years

The whole random name thing is pretty funny, I've got Yileen Gordon and Matt Utai's love child coming through at Lock, Go Yileen Utai!

I haven't played in SO long. I'd be crap at it now. haha. But I had fun playing as the Warriors...it was a very mixed up team of my fave players in genereal *wink*

lol well as you move on through the franchise you have some leave and others retire. I still have a good amount of the starting squad but yeah have had to buy in some other players as well to boost my squad

I got it on computer so I can modify parts of the game e.g. I put the Warriors 2006 home and away jerseys on instead of the old ones. I am only 1 year into my franchise and have lost Guttenbeil and Tuakura for next season but signed Johnathan Thurston, Eric Grothe and Steve Southern.

To be fair i played Gran Turismo and Madden more anyway.

how long does the franchise mode go for??

goes for 10 years. it is pretty cool because as you go along and the years start to go by new no name players start to emerge in the teams. I just recently bought like 3 or so to boost my squad depth for next year
