my dad fell in love with the game when my parents lived in aus for a while.bit of an odd game.. just watched the end of the essendon game.
Crowd looks mental, would be cool to watch a game at the MCG
mark is when its caught from a kick that has to go a minimum distance. if not controlled with the hands then its a free for all. it has to be caught properly with control, like 2 hands firmly in contact with the ball, to earn a mark. if not kicked its a free for all.The main point of my confusion is when is it a mark and when is it a free for all?
A crowd of 22,546 at the caketin! From the press reports it was a great crowd and atmosphere. Cant believe 22.5K!!!

The thing he loved about it was that everyone dresses in team colours with flags and scarves, theres singing and chanting, and most of all people go as families and he loved that they all supported different teams. Just a fun, friendly day out.[DOUBLEPOST=1366878985][/DOUBLEPOST]mark is when its caught from a kick that has to go a minimum distance. if not controlled with the hands then its a free for all. it has to be caught properly with control, like 2 hands firmly in contact with the ball, to earn a mark. if not kicked its a free for all.
