Adam Henry from last year's Jr Warriors and Jr Kiwi's, has been named to start on the wing for the Roosters against Brisbane on Sunday.

Good luck Adam, all the hard work has paid off.

Always had a bit of time for Henry. Not the flashiest outside back going but a good finisher, made few errors, strong workrate and does the basics well...sort of in the Nightingale/Perrett mould. Always thought he'd go a lot further than the more raved about (during their time here) Elijah Niko's/Ivan Penehes of this world.

Where is Niko now? Still with the Storm?

If Henry had of stayed here he would not have been given a chance so good choice to go to the Roosters.

Absolutely. If you are a Warriors winger and your names not Vatuvei then you probably have fifty percent less Carreer opportunity to make it than at many other clubs.

Manu Is a made guy , that's the way it is Capiche ?

Yeah, he knew that and signed with the Roosters mid last year on 2nd tier money but with good incentives to play 1st grade. I watched this kid toil away to make the Jrs only to be cut and told to go back and work on his game. He did that by becoming the top try scorer in the Sharman in 2010, grabbing a spot in the U20s in his final year of eligability without coming through the Warriors dev system, then finally jamming his way into the Jr Kiwi's team. And now he's making his NRL debut. All good going for a kid that didn't make any rep sides until he was 18.

He's a determined guy it seems, wishing him the best of luck. Hopefully he can make a real fist of it in first grade. There's a real chance for him to a cement a regular spot in the Roosters team at the moment.
