ALL SMILES AS VODAFONE WARRIORS GO BACK TO WORK
If there's a crisis at the Vodafone Warriors, it wasn't showing at training this week.
With the media looking on, the players and coaching staff found plenty to laugh about when head coach Ivan Cleary was called on to sing happy birthday to himself on Wednesday (March 1).
Cleary's 35th birthday coincided with the Vodafone Warriors going back to work for the first time since the last of their trials against the Bulldogs last Saturday.
Wednesday also provided the media's first chance to talk to the players and Cleary since the NRL fined the Vodafone Warriors $A430,000 and deducted two 2006 competition points for salary cap breaches.
Captain Steve Price and vice-captain Ruben Wiki both attracted big media scrums as did Vodafone Warriors board member John Hart when he indicated the club would be making submissions to the NRL over the severity of the penalty handed out.

Last time I checked it was 4 points. Did something happen I don't know about??? >>>> Whether its 2 points, 4 or 6 it won't make a huge difference. If the boyz play well they will make the 8, if they are gonna have a crap season again, the points deduction can't be used as an excuse.
Good luck and work hard!
