This is what I believe, I personally think that Daniel Anderson realises the potential in our players. It's just that he lacked the idea of re-establishing our players and to get them back to where they left off.
If only Daniel Anderson thought of going back to the basics and the coaching method he used in his first year with the Warriors, I believe that we would've been back up there. Despite all the controversy about the players' loss in faith in Daniel, I totally think that this is not so much of an issue. A bit of determination and perseverance is all you require to regain the faith. As we saw, this is what Daniel Anderson lacked as a coach during the club's disappointing seasons.
However, I must say that he certainly did a good job during his time here at NZ. We started from the depths of the ocean to accelerate into the open space.
In conclusion, my opinion is that, the hidden element in the Warriors' players has not released yet. I believe that we can 'fly' yet again, it's jsut a matter of us having the faith and determination to show that, although we are the underdogs this season we can still riegain the form we left behind in 2002. Remember guys, anything is possible. No such thing as 'IMPOSSIBLE (undefined)....
Go WARRIORS! :D

I like your positive outlook azn+ and I think you`re on the right track here. The entire coaching staff must work as a team and be on top of their game OFF the field before any group of players are able to do the same ON the field. A team that plays like a well oiled machine doesn`t just HAPPEN... it takes constant training every week throughout the pre-season and season in order to make it happen, week after week. Given a little time, I`m confident that Cleary and his staff will turn the Warriors into a winning team... hopefully beginning tonight!!
GO WARRIORS!!

Grats to the team, this is exactly what I've been trying to prove. It seems that Cleary has realised this element. I hope he puts it into good use from now and in the future.
This is certainly one of the best performances I've seen from the Warriors, since 2002. Let's just hope that we can keep this roll on and get back to our true potential. Remember: Always believe in yourself, if you have the FAITH, nothing can get in your way. :D

I like your style, Azn... they played just the way you and I spoke about earlier on this thread and Cleary was the man behind it all. I have no doubt the sky`s the limit for this team!
