Anyone else got more respect for Cameron George now?

He is the a bit of a pest with the Go Pro but seems to be well respected and have a lot of good relationships throughout the game

Massive respect for him after he held the cub together in last year's shitstorm. I'd say the cleanout has more to do with the owner though, Robbo and Sully are the brains trust.

They say success has many fathers and failure is an orphan (/SK's child)

If we have success this year it will result from a combination of:
1. The breakout performances/ development of guys like CHT, Egan, Katoa, Perham, Pompey etc who were identified or recruited under the previous regime
2. AFB's spat with Manly having him fall into our lap and plugging our biggest hole
3. Management's clean out and the culture reset
4. Luck with injury, suspension, refs (which we've had none of in recent years)

5. Forced isolation which helped drive professionalism on and off the field, resiliency and brotherhood

Always wondered if we should do preseason over there for muscle memory conditioning in the heat, interesting experiment.

Tohu sounded pretty positive regarding Brown’s training methods so far.. he’s got the boys focused on “the little things that make a BIG difference in games” and lots of repetition reinforcing what they’ve learned..

Should hopefully translate into being a more consistent team when we get those ‘one percenters’ right?

Judging by the photos it looks like those wearing the white training jersey are the "first choice" players, and the blue training singlet are the "reserves".

Might not even mean anything, but I noticed that both Jazz and Fusitua were in the Blue Training Jersey squad - Hiku and Montoya were wearing white...

Montoya's faster, good balance with Ken imo, rather have Peta at center over Fusitua at this stage too.
