We only had their measure till Ken went off the field, then we struggled to get going downtown without a penalty. The way our pack is balanced, someone of Jazz's stature to flourish i.e stay reasonably fresh, allowing for punch in his runs, and be looking to step in between gaps and offload as Murray tends to do. The workload needs to be more evenly spread, he can't be playing 80mins making that many tackles, and that many runs whilst remaining effective. Even Murray only plays 60mins, and I rate him somewhat higher than Jazz in overall ability but thats just me.
Yeah totally agree re Murray being more effective because of his situation i.e. playing behind a big pack that gets on the front foot. Compare it to Jazz last year. Our pack (even though it wasn't big) would get on top, Jazz would come on and be super effective. This year its just not happening. We are not setting Jazz up to make an impact.

Also Murray has the ability to play the ball super fast which really makes a difference for getting on the front foot. Jazz not as much at the moment

Off topic for recruitment I know, but yhe refs blew 0 penalties for ruck or line speed the whole game. It was odd, the 4 they did get were 2 dangerous tackles and 2 strips, while the 2 they condeeded were also for strips.

So the reality is they are not the same size.

Don’t confuse your perception with fact. Everything else is just our opinions.

You see what you’ve just gone and done is find confirmation bias by googling height as opposed to weight. Size refers to overall dimensions - so if Jazz is shorter but the same weight then he clearly must be wider. Anyway all of this is irrelevant when we are discussing the player with the highest work rate in NRL history. Future immortal!

The Storm don't play the overs game, if it's his managers doing Storm will just say seeeeya and move onto the next off the production line. He'd be better to stay at the Storm for a few more years under Bellamy and Smith, become the finished product then look for a big contract either at Storm or elsewhere if he kicks on.

You are.
It’s “Do we or don’t we need a big bopper? Discuss.”
Didn’t help the tits this season (Boyd) or are we going after younger more supple body frames? 19yr+ Before they get all bitter n twisted with life like on that “tinder” thing-a-ma-jiggy? 🥰

What is he up to now? Was at Essendon and then the Storm ... a 1st XV standout whilst at St Peters.
That dude still playing? Would be nearly 40 no?

Bit lucky with both his tries, don’t think he grounded either lol but he’s certainly got some wheels and hard running

Nah Brent Naden would be better he’s killing it since replacing Waqa Blake he was dominant tonight took Euan Aitken to school
