Yeah I think an invite gets emailed out, I’ve never been able to go as I’m based in Aus but I’m pretty sure I’ve had an email inviting me each time

Yeah they send out an email for people to register then send you the time and place confirmation a wee bit after. I never register as I don't know if I'll be working in Auckland on the day but have never had an issue attending. Think its more for catering purposes...
