Hape will paly in the second test, has too. Should replace Mannering.
Tony hurt his knee but should be ok to play against the Poms.
As for Jason Cayless, I would be very surprised if he plays for the Kiwis, looked like a really bad shoulder injury.

Both of them took what looked like serious injuries in the last 5 minutes of the superleague final, which I just downloaded and watched. Motu was chasing a kick to the ingoal and slid down the slope at the end of Old Traffords turf and into the hoardings which are electronic so are very hard. He didn't get up and looked munted.
Then Jason Cayless copped such a serious arm injury he ran off the field immediately, like, straight away :|

A league field is bigger than a football field because of the ingoal areas. This means there's onlya metre and a half or two metres of turf before the hoardings which, for advertising purposes, are perspex concealed screens. No padding, dumb. Francis Meli also slid into them but was okay (OH THANK GAWD, FRANCIS IS OKAY, PHEW, CAN SLEEP EASY NOW).
That two metres is sloped as the Manchester United turf tapers off down to the start of the grandstand area.

Yeah, I read that on www.nzherald.co.nz this morning. Great news. I don't think he'll be available until the Great Britain matches, though.
i would prefer see motu tony at 5/8th but im sure bluey is gonna have him replace halatau.

As for Shontayne, if you remember back to last seasons tri nations final he did a real number on the aussies playing at lock so i'd suspect that he'll come in for Mannering and perhapes Mannering will move to Matais centre spot.

Hape strained knee medial ligaments during the gut-wrenching 20-15 loss to Australia in Melbourne on Saturday night and played on through the pain.
Kiwis doctor Simon Mayhew said Hape was more comfortable when the team arrived in Christchurch yesterday. It is hoped he will be fit for the return game with the Lions at Wellington on November 11.

it doesn't really matter as long as he is not hurt to bad and can be back in a couple of weeks the kiwis will be alright maybe even better off. that mit sound a bit harsh, i know he did have a massive game on the weekend but GB will be average and it will be good to get some young players in to a game that will not be as intense as the last two. hopefull Tupou can find his feet and get some confidence into his game. also this gives hape a few weeks rest from a long season so he can come back twice as good
