No way I'd rush Egan or CNK back yet, unless they think they're ready let them heal properly.
TMM would of been my fullback choice played very well for the Broncs in 22. Prefer to let RTS further develop as a centre. Having said that I don't think Webbys got a 4th choice fb.
Mind you I've...
6 of 1 and half dozen of the other really. Taking the Tigers early and losing a life, or wait in hope.. then again another team could emerge as spoon candidates after a few rounds in... so it's not easy to navigate through when most teams are fairly even..
This same team had the Storm beaten til that last try so no complaints here.
The depth players are improving by the game, great for future injuries or suspensions.
Should roll the Raiders easily IMO.. however Sticky will try and upset our game plan probably use a bit of grubbyness but I think...
Thought I'd let the dust settle before commenting... not much to read from this game..
Sharks were hungry once they got a chance..
As for us.... the addition of Capes, RTS plus the absence of Marata and CNK, made a difference. However our new recruits and Taine did well but still finding their...
Not sure what to expect today, betting blind here ...... did a coin flip ended up with Eagles and Chooks. So that my first 2 tipping selections ... hope they get a good crowd.....
Looking at Wrighty's list of props... half are passed their use by date.. The rest seem to be substandard (Nothing against Webby's talents) but I doubt if he make them any better..
A lot can happen in the prop market during the year so who knows.
Club could even sus out ESL find an experienced...
A good trial I reckon, certainly a level up from this time last year bit of rust, cobwebs and new rules etc, so errors to be expected.
However I see gaps between our best players thankfully most of them who adjusted up and others whom looked a bit lost or out of place.
Mind you there's 2 weeks...
Game was interesting the young fellas showed us some good stuff... still a while away IMO.
One off games is one thing but are they ready maintain the high intensity level week in and week out.
I guess I'll leave that for Webby to decide.
I wont be surprised to see the boys hit the ground running today. Last years first trial was a bit up and down. New coach, some new players, first non covid preseason back home ... so basicly started from scratch..
Obviously, there'll be a few things to iron out, but I'm sure we'll be further...
Actually jumping on Google earth and looking at staduims around the world. The two big things that stick out are train stations with multi-tracks going in at least 2 - 3 directions plus a reasonable amount of public parking. Also if built near a river or harbour, then ferry terminals are nearby...
Well the teams been named, the numbers on their backs mean nothing, players can swap around at anytime. Preseason training would be a giveaway of Webby's intentions if anybodys been there to watch.
So we'll see what happens and if it works under match conditions..
The first casualty of war is the truth.
Al Jazerra and any other Islamic funded channels are pro Hamas. You could probably include the UN as well after what's been revealed.
Then you have the Israeli channels and their supporters.
Both spouting their versions of the war.
By cutting out the...
Bit doubtful about getting BHU, as some people mentioned injury prone plus I get the feeling hes content to be a Lieutenant rather than the alpha male prop we need.
Not expecting too much from the 1st trial. Probably sprinkle a couple or so likely round 1 starters with the rest, the unlimited interchanges pretty much gives everyone a run and test some backup combos..
The 2nd should be probable round 1 starters working on the basics, combos and maybe test...
