Mate never say never.
Last week I was up by 7 on Sunday night. Checked Monday morning and no updates so I was stoked.
After team naming Tuesday I was looking at my team and realised it had updated and I lost by 9 points haha.
See how you go tomorrow....or Tuesday 😑
Haha don't get me started as I love these kinda 'what if' scenarios. It's too early for us to start looking at all of that imo. We just need to keep winning. If we win 4 or our next 5 games I think we'll be in the 8, with a wet sail and 2 byes from the final 9 rounds...
Ethan Strange strikes me as the next Munster. Lots of effort and makes some massive plays through his running. He looks like a guy that things tend to happen around
Jeeze my big trade to Reed Mahoney has been a bust.
6 missed tackles and 3 penalties in the first half for a massive -18 points so he's only sitting on 10 at half time haha
Just wondering about these bye weeks - I had Talagi who didn't play, with Ethan Strange on my bench. In the bye week where there is no bench, will his score come into my 13 or does that not happen during bye weeks?
So because of two good weeks you'd throw Webby's whole years plan out the window?
That's madness bro.
At times this year we've looked amazing, with stints against the Sharks, Storm, Souths, Raiders before injury really took its toll. It was working before all these injuries.
What happens...
Yes what youve said are facts, but if we're looking at facts please don't just pick and choose which ones suit you
*SJ had been playing injured and was not able to train a lot of the time.
* There were a shit tonne of injuries and movement each round, and often big reshuffles mid game which...
Lol fuck man tell us how you really feel.
Anyways, I love how Barnett's top moment from Origin is a fight haha. Classic. Could be an enforcer if he gets the call up
Haha bro...SJ is leading the comp with 13 forced drop outs this year despite missing the last 2 games.
I can't find stats for everyone last year but he had 22, which would be in the top 5.
Also TMM had 2 of the forced drop outs and CHT the other one on the weekend
Yes yes yes to Willison.
In regards to the halves, do you think we have enough outside of SJ prior to Jett and Hanson getting up to speed?
Probably the wrong time to ask as both CHT and TMM looked great over the weekend, but prior to these last two weeks I would have been very nervous for next...
It deffo feels like that sometimes, but we're only in rd 13 and have seen how many injuries there's been this year - injuries usually mean that someone else (often but not always a cheapie) will pop up soon, especially with Origin yet to be played. Likely there will be 2-5 players who get...
Yeah he's 24 in August, so he's just about at that point where he is at peak physical age and good experience in the NRL
While I don't think Lussick will get to Wayde's level, I think Egan really started to look slick around 2 years ago when he was 25, so it will be interesting to see what...
I was saying that to the Mrs during the Penrith game after we leveled up.
For fucksakes if you're going to lose do it early so I can relax haha. When the crowd cheered to les us know Edwards had missed that last kick.....boy what a feeling
Same as this week, 10-0 down to the Dolphins and I...
Get with the times Damo!
2 good games in a row and you're practically a hall of famer these days.
Haha but no, I would absolutely get Brown if we could. Elite half when he's going good, which means he'll have a good few years the way we're going atm
Nah I get it - to be honest I think the reality is it's just too hard.
Most players have a few strengths, I can't think of too many halves who have been able to run, organise, kick, and defend really well. JT, Johns, and Cleary come to mind but outside of those guys it's a pretty rare find...
