Sheesh, Why the hate? TT is with us. Kini is not.
So Kini is younger and faster ☑ No doubt about that.
What about the other aspects of the game? TT is a better defender. Better in the air. Better ball distribution.
And I'm not sure about him getting rag dolled all the time. Sure he does sometimes. But for a small guy with great foot work he is better than you think.
In NRL and NSW Cup his output often exceeding 150+ metres per game when playing at fullback.
Including 207 metres in a match against the Raiders
Thats from dummy half snipes and his acceleration from a standing start is outstanding. He runs between players runs low and his stepping gets him quite a few yards for a small man.
He has his faults. As do many others in our team. He also offers some different to what we have. A tad more speed, Light on his feet and has great vision when close to the line.
No need for the comparisons. Taine is a wah. Kini isn't.
