The best game I have seen from the Warriors since maybe the Penrith win with our reserve team. Maybe better.
I loved the way we went after the Storm. There was no respect for reputation last night. Full marks to Webby for getting the guys up for it.
We held our nerve when things went their way and in the second half we smacked the Storm into submission.

That second half defence made a statement. You might be the Storm but you are not coming through. That was definitely our best 40 minutes of footy in forever

JFH embracing this role

Gives me the impression RTS would love to have stayed and wanted to show Warbrick as much. RTS seemed to be doing a lot of talking in huddles and the team were hanging off his words
RTS was a Beast, actually Everybody Was, last night! It's like he was the "same but Different" self. After THAT tackle he rose up like the phoenix and got up and in poor Warbricks face with that arrogant talent-like Mulitalo vibe, all Over it. I'm Loving This RTS!

However, he should of passed it but he scored the try (Lofi was unmarked and stood there with his arms out, hands open, asking "Why didn't you pass?" Then Lofi clenched his fists and celebrated when he'd realized RTS had scored.)
After Leka had Smashed Jahrome, the chance for RTS to Kick the ball was 99.9% choice. Instead he tried to pick it up and yeah. I guess I just wanted to see a Lofi vs. William race to the ball and in real-time/truth I could see it happening and Lofi winning/scoring.

Anyhow, a Brilliant Win, have a good week NZWarriors Whanau🖐️🤪

This was better.

We got to 38 points and just pivoted to folding them in half.

Truly, we humiliated them in every aspect of the game last night.
I reckon this was our third or fourth best performance this season. Quite a lot of errors. But it was incredibly hearty, it was against the Storm. Our line defence and big hits were just awesome. It stopped the losing streak. ... It'll be the most fondly remembered win out of the first four this year.

Melbourne have a small forward pack. We dominated them and embarrassed them in the end
Webby has shown he improve player's so we can fringe player's that get turned into top grade. Helping the salary cap.
I don't see young Cleary playing for the Warriors, be playing under his Dad once his brother goes.
Holden sales must have fallen in NZ.
At the game last night, been to many a loss, Man that felt good.

Interesting comments on the Storm forum. A theme across the last two games especially has exposed a lack of player depth and coaching nous, which has not adapted to the new rules. Sack him...

The sack Bellamy calls over there and questioning his selections go back to even when they were winning everything.

It just proves there are idiots in every forum.

I wish they would sack Bellamy, I want him to go away.

Ennis was right about the Storm having a long memory.

They will hunt us now, more than ever. Good. Bring it on.

Penrith was clinical.
Ours was 'call the cops' brutality.

They got the good cop bad cop treatment. We’re obviously the bad cop

I think they’re getting more excited beating up high profile teams and players this year, the way George sprayed the raiders and now Munster smiling like a gladiator about to be executed 😂 We obviously have the IT to dial it up to premiership level it’s just about Webby playing his cards right, Boyd holding his nerves, injuries and putting out 7-8/10 clinical performances weekly against less famous teams

I thought Lofi held out his arms to gesture holy cow what did I just see

IMO the way we smashed their pack and superstar spine into submission is as bad as them putting 70 on us, a couple of hits they’ll start to have flashbacks. Not too worries as we have Fish who’s used to beating them

I thought one tactic was we told Leka to be quiet initially and then assert himself in the second half. Could be wrong might just have worked out that way.
