I think it's working out combinations. CHT is the best defensive 6 in the game with Brown. But he doesn't lead the attack the way Mets does. Mets is in the same position Tanah was in last year, coming into a successful team - tough act to follow. His rustiness shows. I think CNK FB, wingers DWZ and AKP, let Leiataua and Pompey run the centres. CHT deserves 6 and Tanah 7. Mets off the bench I reckon. He needs to fit in. He's off the pace right now. TT has a low ceiling. I don't know why he got resigned. Ratcliffe/LeMana/Norris would be better.
How does Pompey and CNK get their spots back? We just destroyed the storm in Melbourne. Neither of them deserve to be back in the team after 2 poor performances the past 2 weeks

That was pure therapy - years of trauma undone. Vossy repeating that we were savage was gold. Remember that 2002 smashed teams so hard that the Warriors forward pack maintained a rep for years, even when they were no longer physically imposing. That was line in the sand don't mess with us savage agression.

I love it when Halligan tried to say that the record of losses wouldn't really mean anything to DV and he instantly talked about how it had been years when he arrived and it mattered for the jeresy!

Melbourne have been too grubby and too skillful for us for a decade. Sorry for the inappropriate analogy but it felt like the guy who turned up to beat his girl again and when he walked into his own lounge an angry DV and Fish were waiting for him!

I was at the game tonight and just wanna say how proud I am to be a warriors supporter, we absolutely drowned out the storm supporters and you could of mistaken it for a home game.
Our Defence was crazy good and even my Mrs who doesn't follow NRL said it was the best defence she has seen the warriors put up and she actually really enjoyed the game which is a rarity for her to say.

Don't want to damper but are melbourne actually pretty shit this year?

Other than Grant, Hughes, and Munster, what did they have going for them?
Nah they are top 4

They got humbled by the two top teams in the comp - us and Penrith, that’s all.

Started the season with a hiss and roar by tearing apart Eels and Drags by nearly 50 each

Lost two close ones by 4 to Cows and Broncos

They’ll be back … just not tonight 😉

Did your contingent sing the team song post match?

Bellamy is being weird, playing 16 players with the extended bench these days and dragging off a forward for not playing the ball properly is going too far.

Also as much as I hate them, having Katoa almost killed on intl duty is huge blow, their best forward by an absolute mile
