Love the work Vaimauga and Stowers-Smith do off the bench. We have had an issue for a while when the starting middles go off things drop off. These two keep it going.
Ford 80 minutes. Dude is a machine.
Love the youth. Had a few games where teams have run over the top of us with young strong dynamic guys. Hopefully more weeks like tonight over the next few years where get our own back.

so you think chooks and Raiders are small packs? That Chooks pack we manhandled in rd 1 just manhandled the sharks pack tonight. The reality is we just didn't turn up last week. We did this week. Hard to infer anything out of any nrl game imo other than that. If the Sharks and Wahs teams of today had shown up last week, the scoreline would have been reversed.

2. Absolute physical domination. Storm can't win the comp with that pack. They don't have Coates or Paps to help them out of the red zone anymore.

As good as the 38 points were, the defence for the last 60 minutes was epic. Great scramble, no panic, good reads., great hits.
Demi my man of the match. His best match to date in my opinion.
Leka, you need to just focus on the basics and the x factor is the cream on the top.
CHT has to be 6 and the current chemistry that is there with Boyd has to stay I think. I think Metcalf is a bit of the odd man out now.
Is that our best 1-7 backline we can name?
The difference tonight and the first 3 rounds versus the last two is quite stark. Really good response by the team and against a team we really have been smashed against historically - although this Storm team is a shadow of previous ones.
Three winnable games next up now before our first bye. Could be in a very strong position heading in to magic round.

Now this was prob one of the worst storm team performances I've seen EVER, so great win but .. how many Pen's did storm give away..
I want to see the same energy against the TITs next week which has become our bogey team ..

It's awesome how the storms grubby tactics actually worked against them in this game. But hats of to our boys was almost the perfect game. Minus a few minor brain explosions. The intensity on defence and using defence as an offense is something to behold. CHT, Ford, Demi standout but whole team was great. The young blood is so awesome to behold
