Some Championship team called Tottenham are going to play a preseason game against Auckland FC at Eden Park in July.

They're a borderline glamour club in serious danger of being relegated.

I'm an Arsenal fan so it's all amusing to me.

Or Woolwich as they insist on calling us. And going about how we're not really a North London club. We moved from South London, apparantly. Also some argument about an agreement that we - or they - backed out of...

Anyway, be a bit of a come-down to have to re-do all the advertising once Spurs are confirmed as headed for glamour games against Lincoln City, Derby County etc. False advertising and all that. Maybe need to complain to the Advertising Standards Authority.

General consensus is they're a team trying to win Big Trophies on Small Money. Nice and financially responsible etc but not prepared to spend the money required.
 
Taxpayers & ratepayers money is going into bringing this private club over here. I haven't decided if I will go to the game but will not be disappointed if I missed it.
 
Chelsea making the NRL coaching saga's like mundane.
The latest gaffer lasted 3 months of a 6 and a half year deal and got paid out 24m pounds.
 
Man City only beating Burnley 1-0 this morning.
The Citeh Crumble starts now...The pressure of being so close to the Premiership again will take it's toll.
