Ex-NRL star Curtis Scott will front court after he allegedly fled the scene of a drunken crash in Sydney’s south.
The former Melbourne Storm and Canberra Raiders centre allegedly drove while over the legal limit when he crashed his ute into a number of trees on Kennedy Crescent, Bonnet Bay, about 10.50pm on 15 June.
The 27-year-old was arrested at his home nearby before he was taken to Sutherland Hospital.
Some six months later, on Monday, Mr Scott was issued a number of Court Attendance Notices.
He has been charged with drive vehicle under influence of alcohol, drive with middle range PCA, and negligent driving (no death or grievous bodily harm).
Police said in a statement they will allege Mr Scott drove with a mid-range PCA which is anywhere between 0.08 and 0.15.
