NRL Round Discussion NRL FINALS Week 3, 2025 Discussion

That game last night could have gone either way. I thought it would be a toss of the coin. To be honest Penrith deserved to win that. Brisbane got extremely lucky with how things turned out in the last 15 minutes. You play that 15 minutes out 10 times and Penrith win 9 out of 10 times.

I've said the whole season that I think Melbourne are going to win and Brisbane winning last night makes that more likely. Would have been interesting how that Penrith vs Melbourne match up would have gone but good to see two non NSW teams in the final.

Its quite uncanny the little moment the Broncos have gone on to win from.

The Walsh head butt.

And yesterday Mam with the marginal hit on Cleary and the stoush. Regular season thats a penalty if not a sinbin.
Broncos go on to score soon after.

I'm starting to think they can actually beat Melbourne after their last two miracle wins where every bounce of the ball and ref call seemed to magically go their way.
If I ever hear another broncs fan complaining about the nrl conspiracy against them, I'll remind them of this remarkable series of coincidences.

Bronco fans were death riding Reynolds in the first half about how he stagnated the attack and should be dropped in the second half

Aside from luck, his little grubber and side line conversion is the reason they won. Walsh was choking hard and you could see it in his conversion kicks. Lucky he had Reynolds there to takeover the crucial conversion otherwise those fans would have gone feral on him.

They should name a street after him if they go on to beat Melbourne

Every public rest room door in Brisbane should have this logo for the men’s room

I definitely think the Broncos can get up this.

It's going to be interesting what the football gods have in store for this game - The Broncos are a must watch team but also easy to hate.
After the two games of luck making a title seem in their destiny - I could see something ludicrous happening.

Would be pretty based if they come back from 16 points down again and wins the GF with a last minute Reece Walsh forward pass

Bellamy will die of a stroke
