Galvin has talent for sure. But I'd argue that Metcalf and Katoa are more talented. I actually think Galvin is lucky that they as well as other better halves talent aren't based in Sydney. Otherwise he wouldn't get half the attention that he gets from the Sydney media. As much as the manager is full of himself, he is smart for exploiting this arbitrage.

Pressure goes on the warriors to win tomorrow
I think we just need to keep on worrying about how we perform week to week. Yes chasing a higher position in the top 4 and a week 1 home final is nice. Probably more something the fans will be looking out for at the moment.

The team maybe near the end of the season if it is still possible.

We haven't had many games that have been totally convincing. Also a few critical changes to the side due to injuries.

Keep concentrating on what we can control. Our preperation and how we perform.

Earlier in the season there was some discussion on how the Bulldogs sign players who can slot into a number of positions and then find a place for them.

Replacing Sexton with Galvin does seem a bit like this. In that it is getting another bigger name / better playerin the side.

Galvin hasn't started at halfback if I recall the stat from the start of the game. It doesn't look like they considered replacing Burton instead.

As Sextons stats are getting attention it would be worth looking at Burtons. He does tend to sit back, shuffle the ball on and kick.

I can't remember who they were playing but earlier in the year I was thinking where would the Bulldogs get thier points from? They scored 30+ that night.Me thinking what do I know. Sexton and Burton might not be the flashest pairing. But Sexton's organising could help their outsides. Again does that help in the final weeks of the competition?

Keep in mind he just turned 20 last week. Jett Cleary is older than him. That’s a lot of pressure for a kid. Bias aside he’s done bloodly well to navigate through this mess which I believe is being driven by the media. They are like vultures when it comes to finding a story to sell

How come we never get to play this version of the storm?
Mainly the Storm. But I've said that about a few teams this year.

We played the Panthers as they were on the up. Not when they were terrible earlier in the year.

A few teams that were getting attention earlier in the year were playing some of the teams when they were really terrible.

No pressure.

The only pressure from here till the end of the season is to play well. They have done enough winning not to feel pressure over wins or losses.

They are one of the teams that should not be thinking about the ladder and any extra crap, they have earned it.

Also, I can't see Manly making the finals. If they do, they'll just be making the numbers based on the way they've been playing this year. My money is on the Phins to sneak into 8th place.

Every team that plays us is playing a test match

I’d bring Sipley back.
In the small sample so far in this game he looks fit and injury free and playing well.
When he left us I expected him to be elite.
I think he can still be.
