Yeah agree with @Warriorsfan92. Cant will probably do well this week but could be worse in the coming weeks.
Only caveat with Preston as an option is Doggies have the bye next week.
Personally, could be worth saving the trade and reassessing next week.

Only issue is Cant's BE is only 8 so he could be $550-560K next week while only which makes him harder for me to bring in then. Only just over $500K this week.

Preston is a gun, I have him. Cant is feast or famine and you'll have to decide if you want consistency @Wrighty
If you have lots of people you want to trade out in the next 2-3 weeks, I wouldn't be getting Cant.

I am going all in on red. Worst case I have blown two trades. One to bring him in and one to trade him out. With a BE of 8 I should make a profit here even if I do trade him out after one game.
Finally when i played NHL ice hockey drafts - fortune favoured taking high risks. So will see if this risk pays off.

Some people thinking Walker to Eel means less of a role for Hopgood.
Yeah, Hopgood didn't get many minutes, I think scored like 37 which is bad for his price.

Out of curiosity if cleary and yeo are selected for origin how many games will they play over that period considering they have the bye the week before origin one.
Am I right in thinking that over the big bye rounds (12,15,18), if they get selected they won't play for their team on those weeks? Plus possibly not backing up...Panthers have byes in round 11, 15, and 18. So from round 11 to 18 yeo and cleary could miss 6 games if they get selected?
Trying to figure out if it's worth brining cleary in round 7 when I may only get 6 games out of him over 12 weeks and having 700k+ riding the pine. Do cleary and yeo generally back up after origin?

The way they are playing I wouldn't be surprised if they push to back up. Although Cleary will be a bit more careful after doing his hammy after backing up that year
Yeah, true. They'll be needing everyone to back up most likely if current form persists. Which means that they might miss 4 over that period...be a bit easier to stomach

Working on the basis that the Panthers' lack of form isn't sheeted home too much to the S of O hopefuls.
Not that I can see Cleary being dumped, but maybe one of the other Panthers...
And I don't think any of them will pull out unless injury strikes.

Yea I fucked up that one WFB spot this year.
Started with Stonestreet at $450k. Traded him down to Arthurs week 2 as I realised it was a silly selection.
I thought Arthurs would be ace on the end of that Broncos backline which he has been in real life but as you say his work rate not really translating to fantasy.
First time playing in about 10 years and have really loved learning more about the strategy this year. I'm doing ok, finished last round ranked 2,062 but have dropped back past 3,000 this week. Definitely have made some mistakes and wasted some trades though.
